Digital Graphic Designer

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3 years minimum of graphic design experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Not necessary if #1 blows us away.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary. You need to be able to prioritize and multi-task.
  • You’re a self-starter. You don’t need someone staring over your shoulder. We don’t run set business hours, we just trust that you’ll get it done on time.
  • People skills. You need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally with other team members and our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the team to develop and evolve campaigns across digital media; brainstorm and help to elevate the display ad medium.
  • Take responsibility for roll out, approvals, process timeline and submission of all creative across multiple media plans; mentor and manage Junior Designers assisting with these initiatives.
  • Work closely with media buying company as strategic partner.
  • Engage in regular communication with client’s senior team members, discussing design decisions and answering questions with confidence as needed.
  • Work closely with Project Manager on daily operations, scope and billing.

Job Competencies:

  • A thinker and maker with the ability to tell brand and product stories narratives.
  • Constantly has “ear to the ground passionate about trends and best practices across the digital media landscape in and outside of the ad space.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Flash, Google Web Designer/HTML 5 or video editing experience a plus, but not a must.
