Content Strategy and Coaching

This is typically a service that is a part of creating a new custom website design for a client. However, it can also be a stand-alone service for a client that already has a great website but just needs to improve their content to help with SEO and conversations.

  • Content Strategy – Developing a good content strategy for a client’s website involves fully understanding two things: what the company wants to communicate and information the website visitor wants to read. That sounds simple, but it can be a complex process involving website visitor stories, and detailing content planning for each page of the website. After our analysis we will deliver a brief report that will act as a guide during the content creation part of the website project.
  • Content Coaching – We work with an organization in order to act as their content creation coach, making sure that writing content for the website is not a burden on the client and ensuring the content is in line with the overall content strategy. Coaching not only helps you create a more effective site, but also helps you understand how to create better content for other marketing materials.

Analysis & Strategic Planning Report

A lot of organizations don’t know exactly where they stand in several key areas: website effectiveness, search engine optimization, social media implementation and online marketing.
